Our journey which officially began in 2018, is built on a foundation of over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial services. Founded by Theresa W. Todd, EA, CTRC, NTPI Fellow, what started as a small, customer-driven practice has grown into a boutique firm specializing in tax resolution, accounting, and virtual CFO services.

From her initial role as an accounting clerk to her time spent in public accounting, Theresa has been dedicated to helping businesses thrive.
